W13. Can Wikipedia disappear - Sun Bo Sim

1. Summary

I think that Wikipedia can not disappear. There are many reasons for this. The first is that Wikipedia can not easily disappear because it fulfills human needs. Since it plays a role of solving human curiosity, it can not easily disappear. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and it is a representative site to look for when there are many people's questions. Unless people are curious anymore, we think Wikipedia will continue to evolve and maintain. Because there are a lot of people who try to get a sense of self-satisfaction by providing their knowledge to others, Wikipedia will continue to play a role as a platform to share the knowledge they know. For these reasons, people have a special purpose of Wikipedia Because it expects the effect, it does not disappear easily because it does not overlook Wikipedia easily.

2. Interesting Point

Interestingly, I think Wikipedia will continue to exist for a long time even if it maintains its current shape, but if I develop a new look, I think it will become a richer Wikipedia. I wonder if it would be possible to add a system that can be designed or modified to suit the user's interface. I think the current Wikipedia is somewhat drab and fluid because of the interface and design presented by the production crew. I think if there is a slight improvement, it can become more active Wikipedia.

I wondered if there was an AI editor on Wikipedia. Just as there is a discussion about the articles AI writes in the media, I would like to think about AI's direct editing and adding content in Wikipedia.
