W6. How important is it to be civil online on the Internet? - Jung Seung KIM

Summary.

As the internet has become more and more developed these day, Communication has developed not only in society but also on the Internet.
Such as the Democratic society, Users must be act as the subjects on the Internet.
Even in Wikipedia, All the documents which written to there are edited by the users there.  If not their activites on the Internet, It is not a society but a dead society.
So, There must be activites over there.

Interesting Point.

Interestingly, Who is the first activity on a wiki site like Wikipedia. There is a user who makes it. (The site like Wikipedia. In Korea, NAMU wiki , DC wiki. ) but who has discovered that site,  and Who is working there. Did the creator promote the site? OR did users discover that site by chance? I think this is very interesting point.

Discussion.

People always communicate on the internet. But as always, There is certainly a bad user over there As in reality. A typical example is that Wikipedia keeps their sites in a way that blocks users who delete the document maliciously. This is most effective way because they only want to ruin Wikipedia. But, In other communication sites, this does not work. For example, Even though you block the Bad user on Twitter, The bad user creates a new account and writes an evil mention to you again. What can we do to solve this.
