Have you ever heard about 1 person media contents? One person media is very popular nowadays in Korea. Many minors and adults watch and follow the 1 person media stars.
Range of one person media is so wide. Like cosmetics, games, dining, talking etc.
I also had a 1 person media content. Broadcast a Starcraft (game) was my main role.
Almost 100 persons watched my channel at same time. It was so interesting. Many people told about games what i broadcast. So I was popular in that game channel.
Nowadays, 1 person media is restricted by government for bad affects to minors. It should be done but it needs to some law system before the actions.
In WEB 2.0, Everything is change by everyday. So we need some action immediately.

I think the 1 person media content is a worldwide trend. The success of plateform like Twitch proves it. But after reading your post, I watched video about 1 person media content in Korea. I didn't know it was so popular in your country ! For me, it is crazy that the 1 person media is restricted by the Korean government. It would never happen in my country (France). Are there really bad affects to minors ? What are they ?
